Free Football Club (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a volunteer-run youth soccer program for children ages 8–10, based in Ashburn, Virginia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information obtained through our website (www.freefootballclub.com), registration forms (including Google Forms), Instagram account, and other digital platforms (collectively, the “Digital Services”).

By accessing or using our Digital Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Digital Services.

We may collect the following types of Personal Information from a parent or legal guardian when registering a child for our program:

Child’s first and last name
Child’s date of birth and age
Parent or guardian’s name

We do not knowingly collect any data directly from minors under 13 years of age without verified parental consent.

We do not use your information for commercial purposes, nor do we sell it. We may share limited Personal Information with trusted third parties—such as field rental vendors or partner organizations like local parishes—only as necessary to administer the program, ensure safety, or comply with insurance and supervision requirements. We do not share your information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.

We may share limited Personal Information with:

Parishes, homeowners’ associations (HOAs), or rental venues for the fields we use to run the program, but only as necessary to coordinate logistics, ensure safety, or comply with insurance and facility requirements.

Authorized adult volunteers and VIRTUS-certified supervisors to coordinate sessions
Legal authorities if required to comply with applicable laws or court orders

DATA RETENTION

We retain only the minimal necessary information (such as the child’s name, age, and parent or guardian’s email and phone number) to operate the soccer program and communicate with families. This information may be retained after the summer program ends for the following purposes:

· To notify you about future Free Football Club programs, including next year’s summer sessions

· To comply with legal, insurance, or partners recordkeeping requirements

· To maintain safety or incident records if required

We store this information securely and do not use it for any commercial purposes or share it beyond the administrative and safety-related purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not knowingly collect data from children. All registration must be submitted by a parent or guardian. If we become aware that a child has submitted personal information directly, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted to the website with an updated "Effective Date."
