TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Free Football Club website, Instagram, and participation in our soccer sessions (“Services”).

1. VOLUNTEER-RUN PROGRAM

Free Football Club is operated by high school student volunteers under adult supervision.The program is free of charge and supported by VIRTUS-certified adult volunteers, with general liability insurance in place.

2. PARTICIPATION WAIVER

Participation in any soccer session requires a signed Waiver of Liability and Parental Consent Form. No child may participate without this form submitted in advance by a parent or guardian.

3. PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

Parents or guardians are responsible for transporting and supervising their child before and after each session. A VIRTUS-certified adult will be present during each session, but we do not provide extended childcare services.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the website or our social media platforms. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Posting inappropriate content

• Sharing personal information of others

• Attempting to interfere with the website’s operation

5. DISCLAIMER

The Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the availability or safety of the Services and disclaim all liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during participation.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Free Football Club and its volunteers and  supervisors, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or your child’s participation.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
